OLIVER-PARROTT, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment awarded to the Spires Council of Co-Owners (The Spires) on claims arising from appellant's, John M. Gaughan's, failure to pay maintenance fees owing on three condominiums.

We affirm.
