Defendant Dennis M. Hodson appeals his conviction for unlawfully distributing or arranging to distribute a controlled substance, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 58-37-8(1)(a)(ii) (1990), and for unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 58-37-8(1)(a)(iv) (1990).
