Yasuda Fire & Marine Insurance Company of Europe Ltd. ("Yasuda") has filed against Continental Casualty Company ("CNA") what Yasuda characterizes as its "Petition To Vacate Arbitration Awards" ("Petition"), accompanied by a supporting Memorandum of Law. Yasuda seeks to invoke federal jurisdiction under Federal Arbitration Act ("Act") § 10(a), 9 U.S.C. § 10(a).
