Appellant was tried by jury and convicted of one count of Murder, two counts of Felony Murder, one count of Rape, one count of Child Molesting, and was found to be a habitual offender. He was sentenced to a term of sixty (60) years on the murder conviction, which was enhanced by thirty (30) years due to the habitual offender finding.
