After a bench trial on a suit to collect on a promissory note, the trial court rendered judgment in favor of MBank Corpus Christi, N.A. (MBank). Appellants raise ten points of error, three attacking MBank's status as holder of the note, four challenging the trial court's findings of fact and conclusions of law regarding appellants' defenses, and three challenging the judgment for embracing issues not encompassed...
