This appeal from a criminal conviction comes before this court by means of a request for further review from a decision of the Nebraska Court of Appeals. After a stipulated bench trial, the district court for Douglas County convicted appellant, Donald L. Ellington, of possession of cocaine, and the Nebraska Court of Appeals affirmed. See State v.
