VICTORY, Judge.

Phillip Brown, a pharmacist, was charged and pled guilty to 54 counts of medicaid fraud, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:70.1. On June 30, 1992, he was sentenced to three and one-half years at hard labor and was ordered to pay a fine of $2,500 on each of the 54 counts, both the sentences and fines to be concurrent. A motion for reconsideration under LSA-C.Cr.P. Art. 881.1 was denied and defendant now appeals his sentences. For the reasons given, we vacate...
