SEXTON, Judge.

The defendant, Richard D. Fikes, pled guilty to a charge of possession of between 28 and 200 grams of amphetamine, in violation of LSA-R.S. 40:967 F(2)(a), reserving his right, pursuant to State v. Crosby, 338 So.2d 584 (La.1976), to appeal the denial of his motion to suppress. Finding the trial court properly denied the motion to suppress, we affirm defendant's conviction and sentence of seven years imprisonment...
