PER CURIAM.

Dickie Goad appeals the judgment entered by the magistrate judge1 upholding the Secretary's decision to deny him social security disability and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits. Upon careful review of the record, we deny Goad's pending motion to remand the matter to the Secretary for consideration of new and material evidence, and we affirm the district court's judgment.
