The plaintiffs in this case are David Duke ("Duke"), a controversial political figure, and three Georgia voters (the "Voters"). Georgia's Secretary of State, Max Cleland ("Cleland"), its Republican party chairman, Alex Poitevint ("Poitevint"), and the Georgia presidential candidate selection committee (the "Committee"), are the defendants.
