In December 1989, Debi Heldebrandt, petitioner, and James Heldebrandt, respondent, were granted a dissolution of their marriage, and Debi was awarded custody of their five children. The trial court granted James visitation with any two of the children every Sunday afternoon. In May 1992, James filed a petition to modify his visitation rights. In June 1992, the parties agreed to follow a family counselor...
