This is a suit for damages for the wrongful death of Joyce Williams who died from injuries she sustained when the motor vehicle she was driving collided with a vehicle driven by the defendant, Charles D. McCoy. The plaintiffs are Joyce Williams's husband Dwight Williams and her daughters Kathryn Harr and Frankie Reaves.
