OPINION

KENNEDY, Justice.

Candace Spinks recovered damages from Daniel Gibson and the Town of South Padre Island for injuries resulting from an automobile accident. Gibson and the Town appeal. We affirm.

While driving a vehicle in the course and scope of his employment with the Town, Gibson failed to yield the right-of-way to the vehicle in which Spinks was riding. Spinks suffered lower back strain and her employability as a nurse was limited...
