This is an appeal from a workers' compensation case wherein the jury awarded Ivan Ramos, Appellee, compensation for an occupational injury that occurred during his employment with MSA Industries, Incorporated. U.S. Fire Insurance Company, Appellant, in five points of error, complains of the jury charge and asserts there is factually insufficient evidence of any occupational injury and that Ramos was "last injuriously exposed...
