Louis Lee Macial appeals his convictions of three counts of distributing, or agreeing, consenting, offering or arranging to distribute a controlled substance, each a second degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 58-37-8(1)(a)(ii) (Supp.1992). We affirm.
