This appeal from a final order in a probate proceeding, involves the question of whether two bank accounts were joint accounts with rights of survivorship. The trial court found that these accounts were not joint accounts with rights of survivorship and that the accounts should be part of the estate of the decedent and not pass to the joint owner following the death of the party who established the accounts.
