OPINION ON APPELLANTS' PETITIONS FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW

McCORMICK, Presiding Judge.

Appellants were convicted by a jury of the misdemeanor offense of disruptive activity on a university campus. V.T.C.A., Education Code, Section 4.30(a), (b)(2) (1972). The trial court assessed a fine of $200.00 for each appellant and imprisonment of three months for seven appellants and five months for three appellants.
