WALKER, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for the felony offense of Murder. After finding appellant guilty of the offense, the jury assessed punishment at confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for life. The appeal to this Court raises four points of error, viz:
