This case comes on appeal to this Court following the decision of the Workers' Compensation Commission to deny Oswalt's claim for permanent disability benefits arising out of his work-related injury. Further, the Commission determined that certain treatments provided Oswalt were not medically reasonable or necessary and thus did not find Abernathy & Clark and Aetna liable for their payment.
