Before the Court in the above-captioned case are the Plaintiffs' Motion for Summary Judgment against Garnishee Merrill, Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith and the Defendants' Renewed Motion for a Stay pending appeal. The Court held a hearing on these motions on May 25, 1993.
