SCHUMACHER, Judge.

After her employment with respondent District Memorial Hospital was terminated, relator Cheryl A. Shanahan filed a claim with the Department of Jobs and Training for unemployment benefits. A claims adjudicator determined that she was ineligible for benefits and, after a hearing, a referee affirmed.
