Bell Auto Sales, Inc. ("Bell") appeals an adverse judgment on Bell's cross-claim against JET, Inc. ("JET") in an action arising from the sale of a vehicle. Bell presents two issues for our review:

I. Whether the trial court erroneously determined that JET is not liable to Bell for signing an inaccurate odometer mileage statement because JET did not sell the subject vehicle to Bell. II....
