BEAM, Circuit Judge.

Mohamed El-Tabech, a Nebraska inmate, appeals the district court's1 denial of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. He argues that: (1) he was denied the right to testify in his own behalf at trial; (2) his trial counsel was ineffective; and (3) the trial court committed other errors of constitutional magnitude. We affirm.
