This is an appeal by plaintiffs, Walter Whetstone, individually and on behalf of his minor children, Pamela Renee Whetstone, Jewelry Dawn Whetstone, and April Suzanne Whetstone from a judgment of the trial court which found that Faith and Truth Baptist Church (Faith and Truth) was not vicariously liable for the negligence of defendant, Johnny R. Dixon, and that the policy of insurance issued to Faith and Truth by Preferred Risk Mutual Insurance Company...
