Roger Miller was charged with possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) with intent to deliver and driving on a suspended driver's license. After a pretrial motion to suppress evidence was denied, Miller entered a conditional plea of guilty under Ark. R.Crim.P. 24.3(b). He was sentenced to twenty-five years imprisonment with ten years suspended on the drug charge, and was fined $500.00 for driving on a suspended license.
