Petitioner seeks a writ of prohibition claiming a right to discharge on speedy trial grounds. The petition is granted as to the misdemeanor offense charged in Count II of the amended information. Livingston v. State, 564 So.2d 612 (Fla. 1st DCA 1990). The petition is otherwise denied. See Spurlock v. Cycmanick, 584 So.2d 1015 (Fla. 5th DCA 1991).
