We granted certiorari to review the judgment of the Colorado Court of Appeals in Perkins v. Greenberg, 829 P.2d 461 (Colo.App.1991), reversing a summary judgment in favor of David C. Greenberg, M.D., in a negligence action brought against him by Carolyn L. Perkins in Denver District Court. Perkins alleged that she suffered injuries to her lower back as a result of testing procedures...
