UNIROYAL GOODRICH TIRE COMPANY, a foreign corporation, Petitioner, v. Nedward C. EDDINGS, As Personal Representative of the Estate of Mary Eddings, deceased, on behalf of said Estate and the survivors of Mary Eddings, to wit: Nedward C.
