This is the second appeal in a paternity suit brought by Sherry R. Rigaud against Gustave J. Deruise. The first appeal was taken by Ms. Rigaud from an adverse trial court evidentiary ruling which resulted in the exclusion from evidence the results of the blood tests of Ms. Rigaud, Mr. Deruise, and the minor child.
