HUSPENI, Judge.

Appellant was severely injured when he accidentally dislodged a window screen and fell from a second story window. He brought suit against respondent window manufacturer, respondent landlord, and others. The trial court granted respondent manufacturer's motion for summary judgment on the grounds that there was no duty to design a screen which would prevent a child from falling out of the window.
