GIBSON, Justice.

Plaintiff was convicted of sexual assault, sentenced to a term of five to twenty years, and is now an inmate committed to the custody of the Commissioner of Corrections. He appeals from a judgment of the Chittenden Superior Court denying injunctive relief to direct the Commissioner to restore plaintiffs furlough status. We affirm.
