The plaintiff, Virginia Cronkhite, sued her landlord for injuries she received when she fell on ice in the parking lot of her apartment building. The plaintiff complains of error in setting aside the jury verdict in her favor and in directing a verdict in favor of the landlord in the trial that followed.
