EDWARDS, Judge.

Defendant, Philip Myles, was charged by bill of information1 with distribution of cocaine, in violation of La.R.S. 40:967A(1). Defendant pled not guilty and, after a jury trial, was found guilty as charged. Defendant was sentenced to a term of imprisonment of twenty-two years at hard labor with credit for time served. He appeals, urging two assignments of error.
