Jesus Flores-Flores pled guilty to illegal reentry of a deported alien after a previous felony conviction, in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1326(a). His sentence calculation included a two-point increase for obstruction of justice, pursuant to the United States Sentencing Guidelines § 3C1.1.1 He appeals this two-point increase in his criminal offense level...
