Respondent, Peter Sluys, has been a member of the District of Columbia Bar since 1985. On July 30, 1991, he was convicted of three counts of grand larceny in the third degree, one count of forgery in the second degree, and one count of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the third degree, all in violation of the laws of the State of New York. A judge of the Rockland County Court sentenced respondent to concurrent terms of probation of five years...
