The Chapman Place Association (Association), which governs the Chapman Place Condominiums (Chapman Place), sued Shaw-Lundquist Associates, Inc. (Shaw-Lundquist), the construction contractor, for defective construction. By special verdict, a jury found in favor of the Association and awarded damages of $197,002, of which $129,510 was attributed to Shaw-Lundquist.
