In this indemnity action, United States Fire Insurance Company, which issued a business automobile policy to a pizza franchise, contends the trial court erred in finding coverage under the policy for a claim brought against the business as a result of a delivery driver's negligence. In the event coverage is found, U.S. Fire claims its policy is secondary to a personal auto policy issued by State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance...
