Jack Fender appeals. We addressed this case previously and determined the trial court erred by ruling on the motion for change of counsel without fully hearing Fender's justifications. State v. Fender, 484 N.W.2d 307, 309 (S.D.1992). We remanded the matter to the trial court for a "thorough hearing" into Fender's justifications for requesting a change of counsel. Id.
