This appeal arises from the trial court's summary judgment which dismissed the combined claims of twelve Filipino seamen and the parents of a seaman who was killed in the course and scope of his employment. The twelve seamen and the decedent served on board the M/V SEA VICTORY, a Liberian flag vessel.
