BLEIL, Justice.

Angelee Miller appeals her conviction for credit card abuse. Miller contends that the evidence is insufficient to support the verdict. We disagree and affirm the judgment.

Miller's argument is based on a variance between the serial number on the credit card she was indicted for abusing and the number of the card in the jury charge. The indictment alleged and the evidence suggested that Miller stole or received an American...
