Following great success in the frozen entree market, ConAgra began to develop a line of shelf-stable food products to be sold in microwaveable cups. When George A. Hormel, & Company began test-marketing a line of similar products under the trademark "Health Selections," ConAgra brought this trademark infringement action under 15 U.S.C. § 1114...
