CARTER, Judge.

Brian Azema was charged by bill of information with distribution of cocaine, a violation of LSA-R.S. 40:967(A). He pled not guilty and, after trial by jury, was convicted as charged. The court sentenced him to serve a term of five years imprisonment at hard labor, with credit for time served. Defendant has appealed, urging three assignments of error.
