HOLCOMB, Justice.

Appellant was convicted by a jury of engaging in organized criminal activity which also assessed his punishment at confinement for life and a $10,000 fine. We will affirm.

Appellant contends the trial court erred by: (1) allowing into evidence testimony regarding an extraneous offense; (2) that there was no evidence to support his conviction of engaging in organized criminal activity; (3) there was insufficient evidence to support his conviction...
