In this legal malpractice action against defendant, Holland and Hart, plaintiffs, John H. Roberts, Jr., and RISCOR, Inc., appeal from a partial summary judgment dismissing their claim for lost profits. Plaintiffs also appeal the trial court's ruling that they are entitled to damages only in the amount of the attorneys' fees paid for work negligently completed by Holland & Hart, rather than for all attorneys' fees paid to that firm.
