Balcor Real Estate Finance, Inc. ("Balcor"), appeals a district court confirmation of a Chapter 11 reorganization plan proposed by Windsor on the River Associates, Ltd. ("Debtor"), the debtor in this case. At issue is whether a debtor's voluntary Chapter 11 reorganization plan can be confirmed over the objections of a secured creditor holding a claim worth over 99% of the total value of the claims against the debtor's assets...
