DORSEY, Justice.

A jury found appellant guilty of murder and assessed punishment at fifty years in prison. On direct appeal, we held that error had occurred in the trial's punishment phase. We reversed the judgment and remanded the case to the trial court for a new punishment hearing. Bowser v. State, 816 S.W.2d 518 (Tex.App.—Corpus Christi 1991, no pet.).
