On May 27, 1993, all three defendants were charged with possession with intent to distribute approximately two (2) ounces (gross weight) of heroin. On June 18, 1993, defendant Arnaldo Wilson Lopez ("Lopez") filed a Motion to Suppress (docket No. 12) certain heroin which was seized from an apartment in the second floor of Los Lirios Public Housing Project in Cupey, Rio Piedras.
