Wayne Klein feared that the trustee in his bankruptcy would uncover shenanigans. Efforts to spirit documents out of the trustee's reach landed Klein in jail. United States v. Klein, 910 F.2d 1533 (7th Cir.1990). With Klein salted away, some of his associates emerged to make claims. John Kale contended that he, Klein, and Brian Andersen were partners in an industrial park, known as the Park at Chicago...
