Defendant, Kenneth Baker, was arrested and charged with murder in connection with the death of his parents. At his trial, defendant raised the insanity defense pursuant to section 6-2 of the Criminal Code of 1961. (Ill.Rev.Stat.1989, ch. 38, par. 6-2.) The trial court found defendant guilty but mentally ill and subsequently sentenced him to natural life in prison. On appeal, defendant raises numerous issues...
