Appellant, Kenneth Talley, appeals his conviction of delivery of a controlled substance arguing that the evidence was insufficient to corroborate an alleged accomplice's testimony. We hold that in light of the fact that the witness was not an accomplice, the evidence was more than sufficient and affirm.
